POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Cruise Planners – TravelingMadeAffordable.com is a group focused travel company that partners with multiple travel vendors for special rates, deals, and discounts for clients that book with our agency through LaTonya White & Associates.
We are not responsible for last-minute changes of price or itinerary by the cruise line and resorts, or any errors or omissions displayed on this or any page.
You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with your Travel Agent's policies and procedures.
Travel Insurance.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment from potential losses. Travel insurance can be helpful should issues arise before or during your vacation: last-minute changes, cancellations, lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, etc. Travel protection / Insurance is offered as an option for each guest at the time of booking.
It is the responsibility of each paying guest to add travel insurance at the time of purchase. The cost of travel insurance will be charged in addition to your reservation cost and is non-refundable.
We strongly urge you to review the policy for the travel supplier and the coverage for you and your family via Allianz. You can not purchase both.
We also recommend Allianz Travel Insurance Cancel Anytime. Information /Quotes will be supplied to you when your Cruise Planners agent contacts you for your review.
All Payments are potentially non-refundable without the purchase of some sort of travel protection or travel insurance.
Cancellations / Refund.
All cancelled reservations need to be submitted in writing and will incur a cancellation fee of $75 per person. This fee is additional to any charges imposed by the vendor. If you cancel without purchasing travel insurance from Allianz, you will lose majority of the payments made toward your reservation. If you purchased travel protection from the Travel Supplier, it doesn't cover our agency fees. Once your reservation is cancelled, you can expect to receive a refund minus the travel protection cost & our agency cancellation fee; please allow processing based on vendor's policy timeline.
Research Fees / Managing - servicing / Booking / Change Fee.
Clients who are looking for itineraries only, will be charged an upfront non refundable fee for research of $300 per itinerary.
All Individual Bookings will be charged a non refundable managing fee of either a $150 or $200 per person for international travel involving flights (depending on location of travel) & $75 for Domestic.
All bookings must match the names that appear on your passport. Any changes to a reservation to include a passenger name after booking is confirmed, will result in an upfront change fee of $100 per reservation and collected before making any changes.
This fee is additional to any charges imposed by the vendor. Each passenger is responsible for verifying their personal information at the time of registration.
For Group Cruises, their is a standard $250 non-refundable booking fee and a non-refundable $50 per person managing / servicing fee per cabin.
Group Flights will impose a non-refundable $20.00 processing / set up fee from Agency for all flights per person. Airlines has their imposed fees for deposits and vary by airline.
Fees are subject to the discretion of the Independent Franchise owner.
Late Payments.
Failure to submit payments by the original final payment date requires our agency to negotiate an extension with the vendor.
If an extension is granted, a $50 per registration extension fee may be added to your final payment. If the extension is denied, the reservation will result in an automatic non-refundable cancellation. If you fail to pay agent booking fees within 30 days, a $75 late fee may be added per month.
Required Documents.
All documentation requirements for passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel requirements for the destinations of travel are the responsibility of the traveler. The traveler should review requirements well in advance of travel to ensure compliance. Passengers who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines. Cruise Planners – TravelingMadeAffordable.com is not responsible for providing documentation and vaccination information.
Photographic Release.
Cruise Planners – TravelingMadeAffordable.com & Associates / Travel Blogger #TVMATheTea may take photos or videos posted online to use for promotional or commercial use. Your registration grants Cruise Planners – TravelingMadeAffordable.com permission to do so without payment or any compensation.
Pricing.
Our agency provides pricing for quality vacations. When you book a vacation package from our agency, you agree to pay the price that is stated at the time your reservation is made. We do not reduce our rates to compete with other agencies. Our agency believes in quality. We don't just book trips; we research, plan, design, and coordinate group vacations from start to finish.
Pricing are not guaranteed until a deposit has been applied.
